Immigration Law Firm is looking for immigration associate attorneys. The positions are available for immediate hire and brings about a great opportunity to learn and practice immigration law before USCIS, Immigration Courts, Family Courts, Federal Courts and courts of appeals. The candidate will prepare and attend an interviews with clients, represent them in court hearings, perform legal research and writings as required. The candidate should have good drafting skills, good communications, work independently and interact with government officials. Attorneys with prior experience a plus and bilingual in Spanish a plus but not a requirement. The ideal candidate must be culturally competent to deal with clients from diverse international backgrounds, nationalities, races, religions and sexual orientation. Must have good interpersonal skills, ability to set priorities, manage time effectively and being congenial with others. Admission to any US state or territory required, Texas Bar a plus.
