Looking for a Texas landlord–tenant lawyer.
Situation:
Landlord didn’t fix leaks in time → caused moisture and hazardous mold spores (confirmed by certified mold report).
Landlord finally fixed the leaks but refuses to properly clean the air or follow standard mold remediation.
Landlord is now retaliating by not renewing our lease.
