About the Role
As the face and voice of our firm, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, attorneys, and partners. You’ll handle a high volume of calls and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every client feels valued and heard. You’ll also assist with administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and compassion
- Answer and route a high volume of phone calls promptly and courteously
- Manage voicemail and message delivery to attorneys and staff
- Schedule client appointments and maintain the firm’s calendar
- Assist with filing, scanning, mail, and other administrative duties as needed
- Support the legal team with special projects and daily office operations
Qualifications
- 1+ year of office, front desk, or customer service experience (law firm experience a plus!)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
