Requirement:
JD degree, admitted to any US jurisdiction with more than 3 years of experience in employment immigration law;
Highly proficient with USCIS regulation, procedure and memos with respect to employment-based visa categories such as H-1B, O-1A, EB1A, EB1B, EB1C and EB5 petitions;
Has ability to interact with, find solutions for and close deals with individual and corporate clients and meet the periodic client development quota.
Extremely detail-oriented, strong logical reasoning ability, superb persuasive writing skills, efficient execution and completion with client matters to meet deadlines; independently review and finalize petitions for submission;
Manage junior associates and law clerks for efficient completion of client projects.
Foreign language skills in Chinese preferred.
