SW Social Security Disability law firm seeks receptionist/office scanning and general clerical assistant bilingual fluent in English & Spanish) with at least three years of experience working for a law firm. Candidate must be energetic, personable, highly motivated, reliable, organized, able to multitask, have excellent communication and typing skills and proficient with Word, Outlook, Abacus Law or other similar database application. Experience in Social Security disability is a plus. Duties will include:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by controlling access to inner office area via the reception desk
Perform other clerical receptionist duties for the firm’s intake department, such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and scanning and uploading medical evidence at government website
Work from office.
