We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Part-Time Community Liaison.

Job Description:

As the Assisted Living Community Liaison, you will play a key role in promoting our community to families, hospitals, healthcare providers, and businesses in both local and distant areas. You will serve as the face of our community, building relationships, spreading awareness, and generating interest in our services. You will also be responsible for coordinating and organizing tours, open houses, and other events for prospective residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively promote our assisted living community within local and nearby towns, hospitals, healthcare facilities, and businesses.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organizations.

- Coordinate, schedule, and lead tours for prospective residents and families.

- Participate in community events, healthcare fairs, and other networking opportunities to raise awareness of our services.

- Collaborate with the internal team to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new residents.

- Provide detailed information to prospective residents and their families about our services, amenities, and care options.

- Ensure that all inquiries are handled professionally and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing or community outreach, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and network effectively.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Experience scheduling and organizing events or tours.

Familiarity with the assisted living industry and a passion for senior care is a plus.

Flexibility to travel to local and distant locations as required.

Job Type: Part-Time

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate

Location: Greater Houston and Pearland Area

Hours: Flexible; estimated 20 hours a week
