The Marketing Ambassador for Frontline Medical will primarily serve as a communications conduit to drive client retention, new business, and brand recognition for ER and Pain Management. Face-to-face interactions with a polished and professional approach are imperative to this position. The Ambassador will ascertain strategic locations to visit, keep clear documentation, distribute collateral and branded gifts, and then schedule follow-up engagements.
The candidate's skills, experience, education, and demonstrated abilities will determine the hourly pay. This position requires long-term dedication, and we would like to hire a seasoned marketing professional to work part-time during the day, Monday-Friday, as agreed on with the Marketing Director. This is NOT an entry-level position. A personal vehicle is required. The territory will be the 77083 area of Houston.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a database of potential locations for ER referrals.
Maintain constant contact with current clients and prospects.
Develop a good understanding of our existing clients' preferences.
Assist with developing strategies to reach qualified leads.
Initiate dialogue and lay the foundation to partner with local cross-promotional businesses.
Manage local travel itinerary and keep detailed records of interactions for review.
Attend healthcare community events and Frontline Medical company engagements.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional oral and written communication skills to internal and external parties.
Experience and proficiency with traditional marketing techniques.
Excellent networking skills to build solid relationships with vendors and business partners.
Understanding of local marketing to increase the number of ER Health and Auto Insurance patients.
Understand how to use email, spreadsheets, and/or customer relationship management software.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must have an Associate's degree or higher
2. 10+ years of medical sales or marketing experience
3. Proven abilities in planning, organizing, and time management, with a flexible approach to work schedules
4. Must be able to work independently and follow exact instructions with little oversight
5. Must be able to write and speak English fluently
6. Familiarity with medical terminology and a basic understanding of healthcare procedures
7. Must have reliable transportation
