About the Role
As our Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying homeowners, contractors, and real estate investors who need home improvement services and connecting them to HomeJab for estimates. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Joining and Participating in Local Facebook Groups: Engage with groups where contractors, homeowners, and investors post about needed home improvement work, and respond to inquiries with HomeJab’s offerings.
- Generating Qualified Leads: Actively seek out potential customers and direct them to schedule home estimates with HomeJab.
- Promoting HomeJab's Services: Use creative posts, responses, and messaging strategies to promote HomeJab’s home improvement solutions.
Qualifications
- Social Media Experience: Skilled at using Facebook and joining local online communities to generate business leads.
Marketing and Sales Mindset: Ability to recognize potential clients, respond effectively, and persuade them to schedule an estimate.
- Self-Motivated: This role is commission-based, so success depends on your motivation and effort.
Communication Skills: Excellent written communication to engage group members professionally and persuasively.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with a payout of $125 per home estimate scheduled, with most marketers earning over $3,000 per month. The more you book, the more you earn!
