Aureus Tech Systems is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers and solving problems they did not know they had. All while increasing productivity and enhancing individuals user experience.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
  • Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person.
  • Form new and continue existing relationships with companies in the customer database by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up.
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
  • Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
  • Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
  • Physical endurance, as Sales Representatives may need to be on their feet for long hours, spend a lot of time traveling between locations.
  • Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
  • Superior product knowledge.
