Job Description: We seek a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Specialist to join our sales team. The successful candidate will call a list of potential customers, introduce them to our products and services, and set appointments for our sales team. This role is crucial in helping us expand our customer base and generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists.
Introduce and explain C8K Technology’s products and services to prospective clients.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Set appointments for our sales team to follow up on leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls and update customer information in our CRM system.
Achieve or exceed daily and monthly call quotas and sales targets.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer responses and market trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and present complex technical products over the phone.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
