Ability to set up, edit programs as needed, operate CNC lathes and/or milling machines according to procedures and engineering blueprints. Ability to set up and operate with minimal supervision. Knowledge of API gages. Ability to read G and M codes. Must be able to read and understand blueprints and drawings. Must be able to work overtime as needed, Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. Must be able to work well with co-workers and supervisors. Must be able to read and write and communicate fluently in English. Must be able to work under pressure to complete hot jobs. Must be able to pass both drug and background checks.
Work experience: Minimum of 3 years experience on CNC Lathes. Must have experience working different materials such as steel (4140), Inconel, Chrome, etc. Ability to keep closed tolerances (+-.001).
Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
