Position 40+ hours per week
The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating and running stations with up to two machines at once.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years' experience CNC Machining
· Perform own setup & program editing as needed
· Experience with G-Codes & Fanuc Controls
· Experience running multiple machines in a fast-paced work environment
Responsibilities:
· Read & interpret prints & drawings to setup, edit & machine parts to tight specifications & tolerances
· Maintain tolerances within +/-.0003” for bearing bores
· Operating & running stations with up to two CNC Machines
· Utilize common machining tools: micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc. to perform QC on finished parts
· Personal Tooling preferred.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Ability to work safely and keep a safe and clean working environment.
· Responsible for documentation generated or related to production of the job.
· Be punctual, reliable, and have a strong attention to detail.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements.
Ability to safely operate hand tools such as: grinder, hammer, wrench and pry bar.
Basic reading, writing, and mathematics skills.
Ability to work well with others including all levels of management.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbal and written.
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
