The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have excellent knowledge of Hass Controls.
5+ years of experience setting up, operating, and editing CNC Mill machines.
Experience editing programs on CNC machines.
Ability to troubleshoot production and adjust machines accordingly.
Basic programming experience a plus.
Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine within capabilities controls or control media as required ensuring quality of production. Reports all machine malfunctions to immediate supervisor.
Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
Must be able to communicate in English (both written and oral) as it relates to the job.
Must possess basic math skills to include but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, geometry and algebra for the purpose calculating material fabrication.
