This is an office-based position, with some travel requirements to customer sites in the greater Houston area. This position works directly with the design team, and must be coachable and show initiative. This position holds great opportunity for growth. Office location is NW Houston.
Job duties include (but not limited to):
Ability to read blueprints for custom projects
Gather project proposals and necessary documentation
Creating accurate bids for customers
Ability to communicate and gather labor, time and material requirements
Train and report directly to the Chief Estimator
Requirements:
Highly proficient math skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Knowledge of MS Office Suites – not required, but a plus
No industry experience required
Willing to be teachable/coachable
