RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate technicians and daily maintenance activities to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
- Oversee repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and other mechanical equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facility systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems, such as battery-power/battery connections, wiring issues, control systems/control boards, limit switches, pressure switches, compressors, sensors, motors, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot PLC and related electronics.
- Inform new and existing technicians on safety protocols, equipment operation, and maintenance procedures; Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to facility maintenance and safety.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed using CMMS.
- Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals and address maintenance-related issues promptly.
QUALIFICATIONS: (Expertise in):
- Proven experience in a Manufacturing/Industrial/Distribution environment.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- High-voltage electrical systems (up to 480V); electrical panels, circuit breakers, transformers, switch gears, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to facility maintenance.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be flexible to work Saturdays and overtime hours, as needed.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a 7-year background check.
Shift(s): Monday-Friday
Day - 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Night - 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM
