Now Hiring: Receiving Lead
Pay: $18/hr + OT Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7 AM–4 PM Location: Texas
We’re seeking a Receiving Lead to oversee inbound operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and lead a high-performing team. If you have strong warehouse experience, leadership skills, and a drive for efficiency, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
Manage daily receiving operations and assign dock work
Verify shipments, resolve discrepancies, and update WMS/ERP
Ensure timely put-away and accurate documentation
Train, coach, and mentor team members
Monitor KPIs (accuracy, dock-to-stock time, damage rate)
Operate/oversee forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners
Enforce OSHA and company safety policies
What We’re Looking For
3+ years warehouse receiving experience (lead role preferred)
Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP & inbound logistics
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work in warehouse conditions
Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
Must pass background check & drug screen
Journeyman license or equivalent experience preferred; OSHA 30 plus
