We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assembly Worker to assemble sheet metal components and install main parts for our HVAC units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble Sheet Metal Components: Cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal components according to specifications and blueprints to create HVAC unit parts.
Install Main Components: Accurately install main HVAC components, such as fans, coils, and ducts, ensuring proper fit and function.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
Tool Operation: Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively to complete tasks.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless production and timely completion of projects.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in metal fabrication and assembly, with a strong background in working with sheet metal, preferably in HVAC systems.
Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in assembling and installing components.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and precision.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during assembly and installation.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in metalworking or related field is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or formal training in HVAC systems or metal fabrication.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
