Well Coating INC is a newly established company located at 10603 Stancliff Road, Houston, TX 77099. We specialize in the production of valve components for the oil and gas industry. The company is set to officially commence operations on April 1, 2025. To prepare for this launch, we are now hiring and providing pre-employment training for select positions.
Position 1: Assistant Production Manager & Thermal Spray Workshop Supervisor
Start Date: January 15–30, 2025
Salary: Negotiable
Requirements:
Male, college degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable with 5+ years of relevant management experience.
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility, with at least 1 year as a workshop or department manager.
2+ years of experience operating JP5000 thermal spray equipment; proficiency in its use is required.
Fluent in English for effective communication.
Position 2: Quality Control Specialist
Start Date: January 15–30, 2025
Salary: Negotiable
Requirements:
No gender preference; high school diploma or higher.
Calm and detail-oriented personality.
At least 1 year of experience in a mechanical manufacturing facility; experience as a quality inspector is a plus.
Position 3: Assistant Sales Manager
Start Date: January 15–30, 2025
Salary: Negotiable
Requirements:
No gender preference; high school diploma or higher.
2+ years of experience as a salesperson in a mechanical manufacturing facility.
At least 6 months of experience managing a sales team.
Fluent in English for effective communication.
Position 4: Sales Representative

Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and integrity skills.
2+ years of experience as a salesperson in a mechanical manufacturing facility.
Position 5: Assistant Logistics Manager

Requirements:

Calm and detail-oriented personality.
5+ years of experience in a mechanical manufacturing facility, with at least 2 years in logistics or administrative management.
Fluent in English for effective communication.
Position 6: Administrative Assistant
Start Date: January 30–February 15, 2025
Salary: Negotiable
Requirements:
Female preferred; high school diploma or higher.
Outgoing personality and proficiency in office software tools (e.g., MS Office).
Position 7: Machine Operators (6 Openings)
Start Date: January 30–February 15, 2025
Salary: Negotiable
Requirements:
Male preferred; middle school diploma or higher.
Ability to follow rules and take direction from supervisors.
Prior experience in a manufacturing facility is a plus.
