Responsibilities include operating various machinery such as thermoforming, injection molding, blow molding, and plastic and paper-making equipment. You'll be tasked with machine setup, monitoring production, performing quality checks, and ensuring smooth operations while adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Operate plastic manufacturing machinery including injection molding, blow molding, and paper-making equipment.
-Set up machines, monitor production processes, and conduct quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
-Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
-Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
-Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet production targets.
Skills Needed:
- 3 years of experience operating plastic and/or paper machinery
-Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand and operate various types of manufacturing machinery.
-Attention to detail to ensure product quality and identify any issues during production.
-Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot machinery problems and make necessary adjustments.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing priorities.
-Knowledge of plastic and paper manufacturing processes is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
