Operator is responsible for the accurate and safe movement of product throughout the warehouse. The operator must to abide by all safety rules and standard operating procedures that govern each task. The operator must be able to work from picklists, screen prints, warehouse maps, written and oral instructions. Operators maybe assigned to one or more of these duties.
Typical duties associated with the Job Description include:
1. Operate manual and powered material handling equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
2. Physically handle and prepare product per customer order requirements.
3. Take photos of customer orders as required by SOP.
4. Identify and pull product from location for outbound shipment.
5. Load and unload trailers.
6. Move product from trailers to location.
7. Rotate product within location.
8. Label product as instructed by picklist or general instruction.
9. Accurately count product as dictated by assigned task.
10. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
11. Repack product to acceptable customer requirements.
12. Perform general labor tasks as assigned.
13. Pack, picture, document and ship Amazon / Daxwell Store orders as directed.
14. Physically capable of lifting a 40 lb. pallet and 20 lb. case of product as needed.
Requirements
1. Forklift Certification or equivalent certifiable experience.
2. Able to do basic math, must read and write in English.
3. Must be able to follow oral instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
4. One or more years working in a warehouse environment.
