Job Description: Andaaz Manufacturing is looking for a motivated, self-driven and reliable person to join our procurement team as a Procurement Specialist. He or she will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the procurement process works effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
● Prepare purchase orders for custom process packages/modules, production materials, and any other purchases to support business operations per customer requirements.
● Generate and keep track of purchase orders.
● Maintain change order files and update vendors regarding changes to ensure vendor compliance with the quality management system.
● Communicate with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, or delivery schedule.
● Be able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once.
● Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and QuickBooks required.
● Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
● General professionalism is expected and required.
