Responsibilities:
- Transport raw materials finished products and equipment throughout plant manually or using powered equipment.
- Check and weigh materials and products
- Sort, pack, crate and package materials and products
- Assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers
- Clean work areas and equipment
- Transport raw materials finished products and equipment throughout plant manually or using powered equipment.
- Follow safety rules and regulations as outlined in the factory procedures manual. Operate, maintain, and repair all factory machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Monitor production processes and adjust machines when necessary.
- Troubleshoot production issues and make necessary adjustments. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of products for production. Package and label products according to production specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory work area.
- Perform quality control inspections and tests on finished products. Report any defective products or production issues to supervisors. Assist in the training of new factory workers.

Qualifications for Production Worker:
- Prior experience in a production setting preferred
- Familiar with production equipment and machinery
- Sharp attention to detail in favor of identifying defects
- Self-driven and hard worker
- Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- General maintenance and labor tools, equipment and practices
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions;
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions;
- Flexible to work shifts, overtime and weekends as required
- Able to stand for long hours at a time
- Able to withstand hot temperatures in the production room
- Physically able to lift, carry and move up to 60lbs
- Must be willing to perform other general tasks as assigned by Management

Salary: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 – 60 per week
