QC Inspector / CMM Programmer:
Is responsible for.
Performing First article, in process, and final inspection of complex parts
Reporting and recording any NCRs (nonconformance reports)
DAR (dimensional analyses reports)
P-pap & control plan documents (when required)
Keep track of all daily inspection needs throughout various departments of the shop
Knowledge of Solid works / Fusion 360 / Zeiss calypso measuring software is a must
Requirements:
-Must have at least 5 years hands-on experience inspecting CNC machined parts
-Must be able to read blueprints and use Microsoft Word and Excel
-Must be able to use standards to calibrate tools in-house
-Must be able to keep up with tools that need in-house calibration and outside calibration
-Must be able to multitask and work in a fast and changing environment
-Must be organized and a self-starter
-Must have reliable transportation and be able to work M-F 6:30 am-5:30 pm
-Zeiss CMM experience preferred [ Zeiss CMM with calypso software]
-ISO experience preferred
