Are you a skilled sheet metal fabricator specializing in Duct Work? Our dynamic team is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator to join us in creating top-quality metal products.
Key Responsibilities:
-Read and interpret engineering blueprints and drawings to fabricate sheet metal components.
-Operate various machinery and tools such as coil lines, duct board machines, shears, press brakes, rollers, and grinders to cut, bend, and shape metal.
-Ensure accuracy and precision in all fabricated parts according to specifications.
-Perform quality checks on finished products to guarantee they meet industry standards.
-Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and efficiencies.
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a sheet metal fabricator experience with DUCT BOARD and Coil Line Machinery is HUGE
-Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
-Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and processes.
-Ability to operate various machinery and tools safely and effectively.
-Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
-Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
