We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multi-task. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks that ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of our office.
Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
Prepare and organize documents, contracts, and reports
Assist with client communications, including follow-ups and email correspondence
Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in our databases
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations
Coordinate office operations, including filing, faxing, and copying
Perform other general office duties as assigned
