We're looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant – someone who can keep things running smoothly and who's excited to be part of something special.

About the Role:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support. This role requires a proactive individual who can anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and maintain a high level of professionalism, all while contributing to our positive team dynamic. The ideal candidate is extremely organized with their note-taking and digital record-keeping, able to create and maintain efficient systems for capturing information discussed verbally and documenting it digitally.

What You'll Do (a glimpse):

Manage calendars and schedules (both personal and professional)

Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

Handle email and correspondence

Run errands and manage personal tasks

Help with event planning and coordination

Assist with household bills and expenses

Maintain meticulous digital and physical filing systems, including detailed and organized note-taking of all verbal communication.

Act as a liaison with clients and professionals.

Quickly and efficiently shift between tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring:

Exceptional organizational skills: This is key! You'll be juggling multiple priorities and deadlines, so a systematic and calculated approach is essential.

Punctuality: We value everyone's time and appreciate reliability.

Excellent communication skills: You'll be interacting with a variety of people, so clear and friendly communication is important.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), and other digital tools is a must. Familiarity with the current digital landscape and social media trends is a plus.

Discretion and confidentiality: We handle sensitive information, so discretion is vital.

Professional demeanor: We maintain a professional environment while still having fun!

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

A genuine interest in construction, cost accounting, or finance is a big plus! This role has the potential to grow into something more substantial in that area for the right person.

The ability to stay focused and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
