RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative: Organize and maintain electronic files and folders, keeping updated records in Quickbooks
- Customer Service: Help and support customers with their requirements and problems.
- Sales: Handling customer requests for quotes, preparing quotes, invoicing, and following
- Scheduling 
- must be familiar with QuickBooks 
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in customer service
- High level of responsibility and very professional
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent communication and computer
- Bilingual (Spanish)
