Looking for positive person that can perform the following duties:
Meet and Greet ALL customers accurately record and maintain customers information and concerns
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Build service repair quotes and parts.
Ability to explain and walk customers through the repair procedure.
Answer in bound calls and set appointments.
Track inventory and place orders.
Read and reply to emails.
Set appointments and follow up with upcoming appointments.
Open/Close and maintain a balanced cash register.
Able to speak to customers and record any comments or concerns properly.
Attentiveness and personable with all customers.
Ability to handle multiple task in a timely manager.
Help manage and clear communications with employees.
Needs to be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Practice customer focus, communications and collaboration with team.
Perform additional duties as required by team.
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Employee Requirements:
High School education or GED
Positive language, clean and clear vocabulary.
Bilingual speaker is highly recommended (Spanish/English)
Physically able to walk and meet customers outside.
Intermediate computer ability and typing.
Valid Drivers License.
Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
