Job Description:
Bilingual Order Desk Clerk (English/Spanish) to handle customer inquiries and provide product and service support.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting customers by phone, email, and in-person with product information, pricing, orders, returns, and payment details.
Coordinating across departments to ensure seamless order processing from start to finish.
Answering questions regarding product availability, delivery times, costs, warranties, and financing options.
Requirements:
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Clean background check (No aggravated, theft, or sexual charges).
Compensation:
Pay: $19.00/hour
Full Benefits After 90 Days (medical, dental, vision, etc.)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
