The Role
As a Leasing Specialist, you will lead the sales and leasing function at one of our
Multifamily communities. Reporting Directly to the Community Manager and overseen by
the Assistant Community Manager.

Please note: Saturdays are required.
What You’ll Do…
Lead the community’s marketing, leasing and sales strategies to achieve occupancy
and revenue goals by providing a high-quality prospect experience including
qualifying and nurturing leads, impactful tours and thoughtful follow up
Execute outreach marketing strategies to generate new leads and drive traffic to
the community
Manage the community’s social media accounts to promote community
Qualify prospects and conduct tours by establishing strong relationships to
understand their expectations and needs
Maintain a strong understanding of local comps and what differentiates our
community
Utilize ResMan CRM software to document and respond all leads in a timely manner
including personalized and timely follow-up to nurture relationship and increase
prospect interest
Use ResMan to monitor apartment availability, qualify prospects and manage
leasing activity
Ensure the community meets the Company’s standards for show quality by daily
inspecting and communicating to the community’s maintenance team members
Prepare the office for daily leasing activities and assist in daily operations to support
team
Achieve high resident satisfaction and retention by providing exemplary service
Provide hospitable and high-quality service to ensure a memorable
experience for all
