Texas Furniture Installation Services is seeking an entry-level Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer service, reception and clerical duties. This role requires a bilingual (English/Spanish) detail-oriented individual with strong verbal and written communication, organized skills, task oriented and is willing to learn.
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Provide administrative support to staff and management
- Assist with customer support inquiries
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Utilize computerized systems for office tasks
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- (Preferred but not required) To be proficient in Office, Smart Sheets and other office software
- (Preferred but not required) Customer service experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be a self-sufficient and task oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- (Preferred but not required) Experience in fields such as Front Desk, Reception or Office Admin
- Must be bilingual (English-Spanish)
