Responsibilities -
-Handling customer files and communicating with our lenders and sales team to complete deals
-Preparing closing paperwork
-Scheduling and completing closings with our customers
-Keeping organized records
-Misc. office duties
Here's what we're looking for
-Must be bilingual (speak, read, write in English & Spanish)
-Professional and polite on the phone and in person
-Customer service experience (can you handle & take care of customers that might be upset?)
-Very detail oriented
-Hard worker
-Great team player
-Organized
-Fast learner
This is a full time position that pays $15/hr. + Bonuses (Avg $1,000/month Bonuses are $100 per closing avg closing per month is 10)!
