Front Desk Coordinator (Bilingual)
I seek a Front Desk Coordinator to help organize and manage the company's daily operations.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional who can undertake various office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with great attention to detail and discretion and
must be flexible with availability. Office Open 9-7
Responsibilities
Perform receptionist duties as needed (answering the phone, assisting walk-in clients, etc)
Organize office files and assist tax associates in ways that optimize procedures.
Basic typing skills (minimum 35 wpm)
Sort and distribute communications promptly.
Create and update records, ensuring the accuracy and validity of client information.
Data entry is a part of the day-to-day operations.
Assist with office-related functions and respond to requests or issues.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Data Entry experience is a must.
Knowledge of computer systems (Word, excel, office 10, etc.…)
Working knowledge of office equipment
Thorough understanding of basic office procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be able to work flexible hours that vary between 9 am-7 pm (Must)
Works well with others as a team player
