Established scaffolding sales and rental company seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English. This role involves engaging with potential clients through outbound calling and assisting with walk-ins. We provide on-the-job career training for maximum achievement.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain profitable relationships with contractors, and end scaffold users
Assist customers (over the phone and walk-ins) to determine appropriate sales and rental equipment needs
Handle incoming calls and manage phone inquiries effectively.
Provide sales support by assisting with the creation of quotes.
Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
Exceptional customer service skills
An outgoing personality combined with good work ethics.
