Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Specialist & Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
Order Fulfillment: Fulfill small orders promptly and accurately.
Customer & Contractor Updates: Provide daily updates to customers and contractors, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Technical Support: Confidently assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their signs via phone or email.
Key Qualifications:
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and email applications
Ability to work both remotely and in-office, depending on the demands of the day or week
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn sign troubleshooting
