About the Job:
Latinos Unidos Auto Sales is looking for a Collector to help us handle overdue accounts. If you’re great with people, good on the computer, and can speak both Spanish and English, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Collect payments from customers with overdue accounts.
Keep track of calls and payments in our system.
Talk to customers to set up payment plans.
Use computer programs to stay organized.
Be friendly and helpful to keep customers happy.
What You Need:
Experience in collections (bonus points if it’s with cars).
Good computer skills (CRM experience is a plus).
Must speak, read, and write Spanish and English.
Good at talking to people and solving problems.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Can work on your own and with a team.
