We are looking for someone to make a great first impression both in person and over the phone in the role of Medical Receptionist. This position will be one of two handling check-in, check out, scheduling, precertification, insurance verification, and answering phone.
Ideal candidates:
1+ years of experience in medical.
Ability to multi-task
Superior customer service skills including friendliness, excellent communication technique, professional appearance
Data entry experience
In-depth knowledge of insurance plans.
Integrity
Dependable
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
