All Star Motors Inc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Business Development Coordinator (BDC). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound communications, schedule service appointments, and follow up with customers to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming service inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
Schedule service appointments while coordinating effectively with the service team to optimize the shop’s workflow.
Proactively reach out to customers for follow-up calls, service reminders, and satisfaction surveys.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Handle customer concerns or complaints by escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Support marketing initiatives by promoting service specials, maintenance plans, and other dealership offerings.
Track and report daily performance metrics, such as appointment show rates and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or BDC role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
