Ability to answer phone , replying emails , sending out invoices , creating estimates, have a great customer service , able to greet future job applicants , very knowledgeable in Microsoft office and Quickbooks, able to maintain a clean and organized environment in the office , able to multi task and work with and without supervision , bi-lingual Spanish and English
