Office Assistant/File Clerk/Data Entry

We are looking for an Office Assistant.

This individual should be an excellent multitasker, very organized and have good communication and time management skills. Candidate should be thorough, accurate, and honest with a great attention to detail, and have superior multitasking/communication skills, have an understanding of basic office principles and knowledge of computers and software, such as MS Office Suite, Excel, and QBooks. Bookkeeping knowledge will be considered an advantage. Must be self motivated and willing to learn and grow within the company.

The job duties include but are not limited to: Assisting staff, data entry, filing, invoice processing, recording transactions, ordering office supplies, creating files and maintaining receipt logs, organizing the office and files.

Must be available M-F 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
