American water damage of Houston is currently seeking a well-rounded administrative professional to assume our office manager position. This position is responsible for general administrative duties of the operation including, but not limited to, minor bookkeeping, payroll processing, A/P & A/R billing, human resources, and other clerical duties as well as general office responsibilities. Additionally, our office manager is responsible for all incoming sales leads, dispatching and routing our field technicians and working closely with the division Manager and operations team to ensure efficient accurant and quality completion of the projects and producing superior customer and vendor satisfaction.

The hours for this position will be 8 am to 5pm Monday-Friday weekends only when needed.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to manage a variety of office support task and work diligently under pressure. This individual must be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities.

Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.

Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.

Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance and established policies.

Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.

Perform all administrative duties in an accurate, consistent and timely manner.

Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.

Skills.

Proven experience in a fast-paced office environment.

Experience with CRM and or ERP software's.

Accounting and bookkeeping proficiencies.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS office

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
