Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients with a warm and welcoming attitude
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries efficiently
Schedule appointments
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office supply management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
