Receptionist - Manufacturing company located in NW Houston
Overview:
Seeking an early career Receptionist to answer, screen and direct calls. Greet vendors, customers, and visitors. The Receptionist will also provide administrative support to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and sales support
Review and respond to daily internal/external mail
Perform general clerical duties including faxing, copying, and filing
Data entry of sales quotations and purchase orders
Resolve customer requests, inquiries and/or concerns
Liaison for sales team and other key company departments
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites; Word & Excel
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to multitask based on priorities
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Requirements:
High School Diploma required
1-2 years of experience in a similar role and/or related field
