We are seeking a Safety Assistant to join our team. As a Safety Assistant , you will be responsible for ensuring that our Carrier company complies with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) rules and regulations. The ideal candidate should have experience with FMCSA rules and regulations, and must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all FMCSA rules and regulations
Monitor and analyze safety data and reports
Communicate safety policies and procedures to all levels of the organization
Manage safety-related documentation and records
Driver Hiring and Processing.
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of experience in safety management (transportation industry)
Knowledge of FMCSA rules and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
