Job description:
We are looking for a highly organized Maintenance Coordinator Dispatcher to join our team. You will help manage our maintenance work orders and projects, making sure everything runs smoothly and on budget. You will work closely with our maintenance in house techs, and clients.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage detailed plans, schedules, and budgets for maintenance projects.
Coordinate with in-house techs, clients, and tenants to ensure projects stay on track.
Oversee the entire project, from getting materials to monitoring progress and fixing any issues.
Provide daily updates and reports to all relevant stakeholders.
Work with different teams to resolve conflicts and find innovative solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Houston, TX 77090.
Preferred: Minimum 2 years of construction.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position.
Day, evening, and holiday shifts.
Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
