Our Tech Coaches are a support base for our Customers at The Home Depot Stores as well as for our HD Technicians out in the field servicing The Home Depot Rental Fleet.
Tech Coaches analyze daily data to obtain and dispatch daily information that the CMS Technicians and Operations Team need to ensure that there is “No Truck Left Behind” to have all units Rent Ready.
What are the responsibilities of a Tech Coach?
Provides daily support to assigned Technicians.
Manages high volume incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Manages high volume incoming and outgoing emails.
Manages a high volume of Repair Order requests for approvals coming in from assigned Technicians in the field.
Analyzes assigned Technicians’ daily paperwork.
Running daily and weekly analysis of Technicians' expected nets.
Prioritizes on-demand VIP requests.
Obtains and dispatches accurate, valid, and detailed information to Technicians.
Works with their Technicians to ensure that these dispatched requests are completed within 7 days of assignment.
Flexibility and the ability to work 1 On Call weekend every 4-6 weeks.
