Full Time split between sister companies - Warehouse manager - mornings (8am-12pm); Delivery Dispatch/Customer Service(1pm-5pm); 40 hrs per week
Mornings in Warehouse:
This position is responsible for shipping / receiving products on time and complete.
Negotiate rates and review carrier performance.
Receive all inbound product and turn in paperwork for invoices reconciliation.
Route orders once complete, all trucks and schedule pick-ups.
Review, put up orders and highlight special instructions for pullers to follow.
Order miscellaneous shipping supplies.
Input / Output product into warehouse system
Computer knowledge a must!
Afternoon in Sister Company - Delivery Company (training on this company 1st, then once get this will train for other company)
- Knowledge of the city & state, being able to multitask and good communication skills are all tools for this position
- Answer phones and schedule deliveries for customers
- Organizes driver bills of lading
- Track drivers
- Occasional dispatching of drivers to pick up and drop off points.
- Able to multitask
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 Years experience, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Be able to do basic match: add, subtract, multiply, divide
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure materials.
Ability to complete reports and do paperwork
