Apartment Community Manager
Houston Apartment Community is seeking an experienced Property Manager. Experience at the Assistant Manager level or higher is preferred. Strong ability to lease units and maintain high occupancy is a must. Also must be willing to work well with Maintenance staff and select and supervise capable contractors. Experience with One Site or Yardi Software as well as Microsoft Word and Excel are necessary.
Daily duties include, Managing current tenants and maintenance workers, posting and depositing rental payments, leasing vacant units and renewing current leases when needed. Answering telephone, scheduling contractors with the aid of the Maintenance Supervisor, maintain tenant files, maintain a positive image for the community etc
