We manage a portfolio of several hundred residential apartment units and are looking for a dedicated Leasing Specialist to join our team. We don't want a "desk sitter." We want a closer.
You will be the face of our properties. Your job is simple: Get units rented.
The Mission (First 90 Days): Your immediate focus will be stabilizing a specific community that is currently under-performing. You will be "boots on the ground" at this location 4–5 days a week, working directly with our maintenance team to bring occupancy to 95%. Once stabilized, you will handle leasing across the broader portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
Market: Post daily ads on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and local groups to generate leads.
Show: Conduct high-energy tours with prospective tenants. Sell the vision!
Close: Screen applications, collect deposits, and sign leases fast.
Coordinate: Work daily with our "Make Ready" team to ensure units are perfect for move-in.
Retain: maintain positive relationships with current residents to ensure renewals.
Who You Are:
A Salesperson: You have a background in sales, retail, hospitality, or leasing. You aren't afraid to pick up the phone or follow up 5 times.
A Self-Starter: You don't need a boss looking over your shoulder to tell you what to do.
Weekend Warrior: You understand that people rent apartments on weekends. You are willing to work Saturdays (with a day off during the week).
Mobile: You have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license (Mileage/Travel required).
Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English is a MAJOR plus.
The Pay & Perks:
Base Pay: $20.00/hour.
Commissions: Generous bonus per signed lease. The more you lease, the more you make.
