We are a full service real estate company specializing in property management for residential single family homes and small apartment communities.
We are looking for a secretary to work with the owner with bookkeeping.
$12-$20+ based on knowledge and experience and communication skills
See below what we are looking for:
1. Experience with leasing, property management, collections, maintenance (work orders and make ready's) is a plus.
2. Be good getting around the computer.
3. Be physically fit and able to pull files.
4. Be a go getter, self-starter and problem solver.
5. Be bilingual - English/Spanish is preferred but not necessary if you are the right fit.
6. Be honest and dependable.
7. Be on time and excellent attendance.
8. Be a good communicator and to be able to handle any situation with tenants and owners.
9. Live within 30+/- minutes from the office.
10. Have own vehicle and reliable transportation. From time to time run errands.
11. $12-$20+ based on knowledge and experience and communication skills
